Costing and Plant Accountant
Are you a qualified Costing and Plant Accountant with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for turning numbers into strategic insights?

This is an exciting role for the right person, offering high visibility within the leadership team, reporting to the FD.
You will need to be an initiative-taking and analytical finance professional to lead the finance requirements of a busy manufacturing plant, with a passion for manufacturing and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining manufacturing costs
* Leading financial planning and reporting (IBP, GAP closing, CIP)
* Collaborating with production and supply chain teams
* Supporting strategic projects (OPEX and CAPEX)
* Driving transparency through CoGS and P&L analysis
What we are looking for:
* CIMA qualification
* Manufacturing experience, ideally in FMCG
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* ERP and financial reporting experience

Remuneration: £70,000–£75,000 per annum + benefits + hybrid working + relocation package if required.
