Waste Operative – Worcester
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Waste Operative to join our well-established client based in Worcester, disposing of clinical waste.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to develop within a specialist waste management environment.
This role would also be suitable for candidates with experience as a General Operative, Recycling Operative, Industrial Cleaner, or Warehouse Operative.
Shifts:
• 4 on 4 off rotating
• 06:00 – 18:30
• 18:00 – 06:30
Rates of Pay:
• £13.50 - £14.85 per hour

As a Waste Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing
• Loading various recycling bins
• Processing different waste types according to site procedures
• Organising waste areas and placing bins correctly
