Hours: Full-time, 5 days over 7

They are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join their established kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, or an existing Junior Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the daily running of the kitchen
• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes to consistently high standards
• Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining proper storage
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure smooth service during busy periods
About You:
• Experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• A real passion for fresh food and cooking
• Good organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure
• Positive attitude and eagerness to progress your career
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
