Role: Care Team Leader - Nights
The Home: Downing House is a Good CQC rated residential care home offering dementia care in Withington, Manchester, providing high-quality care for up to 25 residents.
Shift Times: 8pm - 8am
Hours: 24 Hours Available, including weeknights and alternative weekends
Pay: £14.34 - £14.80 per hour

The Role of Care Team Leader - Nights
* As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you'll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of our residents.
* Prepare, implement, and review personal care plans, including administering medication.
* Supervise, support, coach, and develop team members, and liaise with residents and other care professionals to ensure residents' needs and wishes are central to the care provided.
* Take the lead during emergencies or when staff or residents need assistance.

About You
* You should be an experienced Carer, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be committed to working towards this.
* You must demonstrate good organization and staff management skills, be proficient in writing and updating Care Plans, and competent in medication administration.
* Most importantly, you should be passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents, their families, and friends.
