Working with Engineers to ensure Clients’ maintenance and service needs are being met in a professional and timely manner. You will be an organised and self-motivated individual with the ability to build rapport with both clients and engineers.

Scheduling appointments for maintenance jobs and coordinating with engineers
Preparing service quotations and raising callouts as needed
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Service Office
