* The Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind sales success in your territory. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, youll build and develop strong relationships with:
* An established distribution network
* Key stakeholders including senior management, purchasing, and supply chain teams
* Regional sales representatives and end-user customers
Your goal? Increase turnover, deepen partnerships, and create value-driven solutions across the region.
* What Youll Do:
* Drive sales growth with strategic accounts and major distributors
* Deliver hands-on demo, training, and technical support
* Identify new business opportunities and grow your sales pipeline
* Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions
* Play a key role in campaigns, product launches, and promotions
* What Were Looking For:
* A background in industrial distribution or technical sales, ideally in welding or related sectors
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing key accounts
* Proven success in salesconfident, self-motivated, and results-focused
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A structured, detail-oriented approach with a passion for customer satisfaction
