The RAC is the UK's leading breakdown service provider, with 4,000 'orange heroes' delivering exceptional motoring services. Our growth provides a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanic to join our team.
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will need:
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility for short-notice work
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight if necessary
You’ll work approximately 40 hours weekly, with a flexible roster provided seven days in advance. Core hours are scheduled three days prior, within 0600 to 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
