The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with their client based in Darlington. The role involves handling containers, fridgers, and general haulage, offering a variety of runs across the UK.
* Transporting containers, fridged trailers, and general haulage across the UK.
* Early start times between 02:00 and 03:00.
* Occasional nights out required.
* Regular Class 1 driver weekend work available.
The Candidate:
* Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) license.
* In-date CPC and digi card.
* Minimum 2 years\' experience preferred.
* Reliable and professional appearance.
* Good communication skills and positive attitude.
Hours of Work:
* Early starts between 02:00 and 03:00.
* Occasional night shifts.
* Weekend support required, with Class 1 driver weekend work offered alongside Monday to Friday shifts.
Pay Rates:
* £18.00 per hour Saturday.
* £19.00 per hour Sunday.
* £15.00 per hour Monday to Friday.
* £25.00 night out allowance.
