Were looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Stoke-on-Trent team. Are you driven, ambitious, and eager to build a career in recruitment? While a background in sales is beneficial, its your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn that matter most. Job role: Supporting schools by sourcing and placing education professionals Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and schools Writing job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting interviews Learning how to manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish Working towards targets in a supportive, team-focused environment What were looking for: A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment Resilience and motivation to succeed Sales experience is advantageous but not essential Why Academics?
