Your new role
As Receptionist duties include:
1. Wee visitors/ customers both internal and external in a professional manner
2. Answer, screen and forward iing telephone calls in a polite and timely manner
3. Handle customer queries in a professional manner, including providing accurate information via in person/ telephone or email.
4. Provide administration support to the Sales team
5. Manage stationery stock and replenish as required.
6. Receive and sort iing mail
7. Organising out going post/ special delivery post as required
8. Arrange courier deliveries/ pick ups as required
9. Organising travel arrangements, including booking flights, amodation, car hire etc while keeping within a set budget
10. Collating as much information as possible from sales calls to assist sales team to capture the business
11. Processing non contracted sales orders, following up orders and where necessary issuing credit notes
12. Processing payments for cash sales orders
13. Liaising with other departments regarding orders, delivery dates, branding etc
14. Act as point of contact for the cleaning contractors on site.
15. Organising hospitality for internal meetings
16. Any other adhoc requests as directed by Senior Management
