Are you passionate about helping every child feel included, supported, and valued? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Manager to join our wonderful network of Bradford secondary schools on a flexible supply basis!
As a Supply Inclusion Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of inclusion within school life — helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, supporting their emotional wellbeing, and ensuring they feel confident and capable each day.
Responsibilities
* Supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Overseeing inclusion rooms or internal isolation spaces
* Creating and implementing personalised support plans
* Working closely with senior leaders and external agencies
* Keeping accurate records and progress updates
Qualifications
* Experience as an Inclusion Manager, Behaviour Lead, or Pastoral Support Lead
* Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in behaviour management strategies
* A warm, resilient, and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
