About the role
As our Head of Talent Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping MAG’s future. You’ll be responsible for building the skills, leadership strength and organisational capability we need to deliver our strategy today, and in the years ahead.
You’ll design how we spot talent early and create strong succession for our most critical roles. Leading an integrated team of Talent Development Partners and Early Talent specialists, you’ll shape learning and leadership experiences that are intuitive, digital first and centred around colleague needs.
Your work will strengthen our culture, bring our EVP to life and give colleagues the confidence to build long, meaningful careers with us.

Qualifications
* Expertise in skills based talent strategy, leadership development and succession
* Strong understanding of digital learning, user centred design and inclusive talent practices
* Experience leading Talent Development in a large, complex organisation
* Proven ability to build clear talent visibility, succession pipelines and blended learning solutions
* Skilled at using data to create insight, influence decisions and drive action
* Confident communicator and strategic thinker with a practical, delivery focused approach
