Business Development - Sales Excellence

At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To achieve this, we need talented, bright, and driven individuals. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Amazon India marketplace, Sales Excellence team.

The Sales Excellence function is a centralized planning, reporting, and integration unit for over 500 acquisition and monetization teams within the India marketplace business. The Program Manager will drive sales planning based on key inputs across channels and regions, anchor cross-channel performance and productivity reporting, and lead new initiatives from conception to implementation.

This role involves standardizing business metrics and definitions across channels, engaging with sales teams to identify issues, gather requirements, and propose solutions. Projects will vary as business needs evolve, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The Program Manager will oversee lead planning, allocation, and be responsible for SOPs related to lead management.

The ideal candidate must be self-driven, collaborative, and able to work with multiple teams including sales and business intelligence. They should excel at working backwards from business requirements and analyzing process and system flows to implement necessary changes.


Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and manage program deliverables within budget, resources, and schedule constraints.
* Engage stakeholders and gather requirements across internal and external teams.
* Drive sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
* Seek customer feedback to improve service levels.
* Support the rollout of new tools and processes.
* Create and maintain SOPs, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
* Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and reports.
* Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.


Basic Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience.
* Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.


Preferred Qualifications

* GTM Planning & Goal Design.
