The role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that involves delivering products directly to customers, serving customers on the Trade counter, assisting with stock management, and cycle counting.
* Ensure customers, including trades, businesses, and homeowners, receive cheerful and exceptional service.
* Organise products for delivery and secure them on the delivery truck.
* Stock shelves and perform cycle counts.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-12:30pm.
About you:
You should be organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a team. A customer-focused and outgoing attitude, along with a good work ethic, are essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Confident with computers and learning new systems.
* Physically fit with a strong health and safety awareness.
* A full NZ class 1 driver’s licence is essential; forklift licence is advantageous.
