* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for buying applicants, guiding them through buying and selling processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Provide market insights and professional advice to help clients make informed decisions.
* Manage and update property listings for accuracy and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in estate agency or sales is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
