An experienced Fee Earner, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team and benefit from the support of the in-house team of Paralegals and a hybrid working pattern. The Reward Up to £44,000pa Depending on Experience Hybrid Working Possible Enhanced Annual Leave Package Pension Private Healthcare Supporting, Friendly & Collaborative Environment 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday The Person Must be a proven Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach Must be confident in managing your own caseload in addition to both being able to delegate and work within a team The Role Manage your own caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business Supervising junior team members when required
