We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will provide clinical support to podiatrists including but not limited to preparation of treatment rooms, preparing instruments, etc.
Responsibilities
* Welcome patients both in person and by telephone, booking and rescheduling appointments.
* Booking both clinical and home visit appointments.
* Invoicing.
* Maintaining public areas to a high standard.
* Provide clinical support to podiatrists, preparation of treatment rooms & preparing instruments.
* Responding to emails and social media messages.
* Adhering to confidentiality and GDPR policies.
* Managing flow of patients in a busy 3 clinic setting.
* Scanning patient records and input of data.
* Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Previous experience in working with the public both face to face and by telephone.
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
* Marketing on social media platforms.
* Previous experience with an online diary system.
