Overview
Part II Architecture Assistant - ESA Architecture at WSP in the UK & Ireland. Based in the Birmingham studio with a client-facing role on multiple projects in the UK and beyond, including office, rail, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects
* Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics
* Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D
* Assisting in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
* Show awareness of productive team working
Qualifications
* Part I and II from a leading school of Architecture
Knowledge & Skills
* Experience of the UK regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution
* Post Part II working experience in RIBA stages 3 - 5
* Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Revit & AutoCAD capability
* Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
* Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
* Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
