Front of House Manager
Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside London.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We aim to provide best-in-class office environments that support our ways of working and align with our sustainable property guidelines. The Property and FM teams at Grant Thornton oversee the firm's estate and enhance the experience within these spaces.
We are establishing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and seek an experienced individual to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences. This team will ensure colleagues enjoy their office environment, have necessary resources, and that clients and visitors feel valued, leaving a positive impression of Grant Thornton.
Role Overview:
As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:
* Manage the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, set service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
* Lead and motivate a team of FoH specialists to deliver outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to provide top-tier service and continuously improve the office experience.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful as a Front of House Manager, you should demonstrate:
* Significant experience in contract and office management.
* Ability to manage and motivate a large team effectively.
* Willingness to travel across UK offices as needed.
Additional desirable skills include:
* Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration.
* H&S knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
* An interest in ESG and driving sustainable change.
