Shifts Available
Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 3.30pm–8.30pm
Weekends: Long days
Nights: Sleeping and waking night shifts, Monday–Sunday
About the Role
We're seeking dedicated Complex Health Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes in Lindfield, West Sussex. Your role will be vital in promoting independence and quality of life for people with complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* PEG care and feeding
* Catheter care
* Ventilation support
* Moving and handling
* Personal care
* Administering medication
Who We're Looking For
You're not just skilled, you're passionate about care, reliable in every sense, and committed to excellence.
Essential requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in complex care
* UK Driving Licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF) or willingness to complete the Care Certificate
