Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Technology Due Diligence Manager.
Make an Impact at RSM UK
Our Consulting team has ambitious growth plans, and we want you to be part of our journey. Join our consulting team at an exciting time as we strengthen and grow six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our team works collaboratively to provide tailored, client-centric solutions, delivering a premium service that builds client confidence and supports sustainable, future-fit businesses.
As a Manager, you will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, organized, proactive, and inquisitive. You should have experience in Technology M&A or Transformation projects and demonstrate the value delivered to organizations you’ve worked with. You should be comfortable coaching junior team members and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
You will contribute to client proposals and presentations, and clients will see you as a trusted advisor, working closely with them to identify, analyze, and solve business challenges.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Supporting clients in vendor assistance engagements, identifying risks and gaps in technology functions, and ensuring maximum value realization.
2. Conducting pre-deal technology due diligence, identifying risks and value creation opportunities across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and personnel.
3. Supporting post-deal separation or integration, including Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, TSA drafting, and exit strategies.
4. Working with CIOs/CTOs outside of deals to help achieve technology objectives, manage risks, and realize value through strategy reviews, maturity assessments, operating model optimization, or cost reduction initiatives.
What we are looking for:
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies and are passionate about improvement, this role is perfect for you!
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in two or more of the following:
* Working in a consulting, advisory, or professional services role
* Technology transaction due diligence, integration, or separation support
* Experience in a technology-related role
What we can offer you:
We recognize our people are our most valuable assets. Our flexible reward and benefits package includes:
* Hybrid and flexible working
* 27 days annual leave (with additional purchase options)
* Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing benefits, including financial tools, electric car scheme, and virtual GP access.
* Access to 300+ on-demand courses developed by our talent development team.
