Supply Chain Data Analyst
Location: London/Ipswich

The Sizewell C (SZC) project requires a Data Analyst to contribute to the Civil Works Alliance Supply Chain team. The role involves managing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and high-quality information management, including developing data management tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate information from multiple sources and develop reports for Supply Chain Performance Reviews, Risk Management, Programme Management, and Budget Management.
* Create Power BI dashboards from scratch or migrate existing dashboards from other sources.
* Manage data quality and stewardship within procurement systems.
* Improve data quality across the Civils Works Alliance through effective use of databases, systems, and training personnel.
* Identify opportunities to leverage data for product development and organizational capabilities.
* Collaborate with other analysts to collect, process, cleanse, and verify data integrity.
* Investigate system anomalies and provide insights to colleagues.
* Perform bespoke data analyses to support product or process improvements.
* Validate and analyze data sets.
* Develop semi-automated analytical processes for standard datasets.
* Document analytical procedures.
* Visualize data for performance management and reporting purposes.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience gathering user requirements and developing tailored tools and reports.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards.
* Experience with data warehousing tools and techniques.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
* Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
* Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to technical and business challenges.
* Strong data management and analytical skills, especially with large datasets.
* Good understanding of Office365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
* Knowledge of model-driven apps, including JavaScript.
* Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, GIS packages, statistics, and databases.
* Understanding of cloud services like Azure or AWS.
