The successful applicant will support our aims and values, have experience of working with children in a nursery or primary setting and will demonstrate the following skills:
1. A good understanding of supporting children
2. A passion for education and creating an inspirational and stimulating learning environment for children to flourish within
3. The ability to support groups of Reception children under the guidance of the class teacher
4. The ability to work flexibly and effectively on your own and as part of a team
5. A professional and positive approach

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced check and further pre-employment checks will be conducted in accordance with KCSIE.
