The ward has 15 beds and cares for acute admissions with input provided by a multidisciplinary team. The Healthcare Support Worker is required to work flexibly across the ward, A&E and outpatient clinics ensuring that safe and person-centred care is delivered. Strong interpersonal skills and a considerate manner are essential along with good team working and communication skills. Previous experience in nursing or caring role is desirable. The ability to meet competing demands while maintaining a high standard of patient care is essential.
