Responsibilities
Coordinate fixes – liaise with management, IT providers, and third parties.
Mediate IT solutions between franchisees, service desks, and IT contractors.
Ensure accurate stock tracking and report completion for smooth operations.
Keep stakeholders informed & updated at all times.
Qualifications
* Excellent experience in IT maintenance and fault diagnosis (hardware, networks, systems).
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and third parties.
* High degree of flexibility in terms of hours of work and location.
* High level of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Clean DBS required.
Client
Our outstanding and successful client is a national IT Service Provider supporting some of the biggest household names in the UK.
Location & Travel
Based in the Essex & Northeast London area; attend customer sites in the region to diagnose and resolve technical IT issues relating to customers on‑site technology, including EPOS, business systems, and back office servers. Occasional overnight stays. Company van and fuel card provided.
Hours
Monday to Friday (core hours 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) with 1 in 8 weekends covered.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be £26,300 (£24,200 plus £2,100 for standard weekend overtime) plus additional overtime.
Benefits include 23 days holiday per annum + bank, private healthcare (BUPA), death in service (4 × salary), group income protection, company pension.
