This highly inclusive and academically ambitious secondary school in Brighton is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join their thriving Visual Arts Department. The school serves a diverse student population and is committed to offering a rich and engaging arts education.
The department features light-filled studios, a darkroom, photography suite, and access to Adobe Creative Suite. Students are encouraged to experiment across media including sculpture, print, digital, and mixed media. The department holds regular exhibitions both within the school and in collaboration with local galleries.
We are seeking a teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and support students in developing their portfolios for GCSE, A-Level, and art college applications.
Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Art/Design or Fine Art with QTS
• Experience teaching Art up to KS5 essential
• Experience with digital art or photography highly valued
• Passion for arts education and fostering creativity
• Right to work in the UK
