¿ Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths or, alternatively be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post
¿ Experience of working in a trade unionised environment
¿ Experience in a first line supervisory or management role
¿ Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
¿ Experience of successfully building relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders
