The Change Partners are partnered with a tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are looking for a EU Senior Proposition/GTM Manager across Consumer Electronics Insurance
The EU Senior Proposition/GTM Manager will be responsible for working across insurance propositions across Europe, ensuring strategy, delivery and implementation.
Your Responsibilities
* Responsible for strategy through to deliver across European Electronics Insurance programs.
* Be the central point of contact for Insurance Programme propositions.
* Handle day-to-day operations and ensure roadmap links with the overall strategy across Europe.
* Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Commercial, GTM, Legal and Technical European teams.
* Manage C-level relationships with key external partners.
* Provide high-level reporting and analysis to Senior/Executive leadership.
* Represent the business at industry events.
* Collaborate with insurance partners to develop and adapt the product/proposition.
* Liaise with HQ, localise strategy for local markets and oversee execution through EU markets.
* Partner with UX/UI for a seamless customer experience.
* Track KPIs and performance to ensure results are in line with overall objectives.
Your background:
* Minimum 6 years of experience working across strategy and delivery for Mobile Insurance or similar propositions.
* Recent experience working within a European or Global environment
* Working with insurers, collaborators, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
* End-to-end experience of scope, strategy, proposition, GTM and marketing through to delivery across a service-based proposition.
* Navigating legal, technical, and commercial challenges.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including at a C-level.
* Developing and executing a product roadmap.
