Job Description
The Litigation Associate will be:
* Managing a varied caseload including contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder issues, and contested probate
* Working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice
* Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
* Contributing to team strategy and mentoring junior team members
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 4-8 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
* Skilled in managing their own caseload
* Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
