Commercial Solicitor | 2 PQE | Farnborough An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a fast-growing, top-tier regional firm where commercial work sits at the heart of the business platform. This role offers exposure to high-value, complex mandates for UK and international clients, without the demands of a City commute. The Role You will join a well-established commercial team that works closely with corporate, disputes, employment and data colleagues, advising clients across the full commercial lifecycle. Your work will include: Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including high-value services, supply, outsourcing and distribution agreements Advising on technology-driven, IP-rich and operational contracts that underpin clients' day-to-day businesses Supporting corporate transactions with commercial, IP, data-sharing and transitional arrangements Working directly with in-house counsel, founders and senior management at client organisations Exposure to UK and international projects, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters The emphasis is on pragmatic, commercially focused advice rather than purely transactional drafting.
