The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll identify and place ambitious talent across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. This comprehensive role spans traditional marketing communications, PR, campaign management, product marketing, and the entire digital marketing ecosystem. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, working with professionals ranging from entry-level to senior positions.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and approach high-caliber marketing professionals across all specializations
* Source and headhunt top talent using various recruitment methods
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of marketing professionals at all levels
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
* Build lasting relationships with key clients across various marketing sectors
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Qualify new business opportunities and conduct client meetings
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
* Contribute to the company's social media presence and employer brand
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
* Strong understanding of the broader marketing landscape
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in meeting sales targets
* Resilient and self-motivated personality
* Advanced networking and relationship-building abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Knowledge of current marketing trends and technologies (desirable)
