We’re looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our office-based Finance team.
Job title: Finance Administrator
What you will be doing
* Produce daily sales invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
* Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
* Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittances.
* Process customer credit card receipts.
* Enter manual invoices/credit notes.
* Upload key data to customer/supplier portals.
* Register and post general stock purchase invoices.
* Monitor generic email boxes and assign to team to respond.
* Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit control and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
