Our friendly and dynamic Home Treatment Team in Taunton is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community. You'll work across both the Home Treatment and First Response Services, responding to individuals in acute mental health crisis and providing care and support that helps people remain at home and avoid unnecessary hospital admission. We recognise that staff wellbeing is essential in delivering compassionate care. You'll be supported by a close-knit and understanding team that values collaboration, respect and professional growth. This role will involve flexible working across a 24-hour shift rota (days and night shifts) in a 7 day a week service
