Salary: Up to £40,000 (Base £35,200 + Performance Bonus up to £4,800) Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 10am–10pm, No sleeps Location: Preston (PR3)

What We’re Looking For
*
Experience as a Deputy Manager in an Ofsted registered children’s home within the last 2 years
*
Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children & Young People
*
Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence working within regulatory frameworks
*
Comfortable contributing to Ofsted inspections
*
Passionate about therapeutic, trauma informed practice
*
A leader who brings stability, professionalism and empathy
