Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Department: Recruitment Reports to: Head of Recruitment Location: On site Job summary: The Recruitment Consultant executes talent acquisition strategies by identifying, engaging, and securing quality candidates in line with the company’s recruitment strategy. They will build strong talent pipelines and industry contacts to meet strategic hiring needs. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and sourcing platform contacts * Create innovative sourcing and prospective candidate engagement strategies * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation * Maintain accurate records and applicant tracking in Asana * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Training – design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new entrants * Direct line management of recruitment assistants.
