Our client, a Group Organisation based in Belfast, are looking to recruit a Company Accountant to their finance function. Here you will work closely with the Head of Finance, overseeing the finance team during which time you will play a key part in process improvement. You'll lead on monthly management reporting, annual budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, while ensuring robust financial controls and compliance. Full job description available on request. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts to the senior leadership team Lead the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts Preparation of Management Accounts Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with reporting standards Oversee and support a small finance team, including transactional finance staff Process improvement/process automation.
