Annual Salary: £28,300 – 31,400 (depending on experience)

* Work the oven – Operate our pizza oven with care and precision, delivering perfectly cooked pizzas with a crisp base and golden crust every time.
* Prep with purpose – Make fresh dough, sauces and toppings daily, ensuring consistency, quality, and flavour across every component.
* Own your section – Keep your area spotless and well-stocked throughout service, handling mise-en-place, stock rotation and allergen management with confidence.
* Add your flair – Contribute to pizza specials and seasonal offerings. Your ideas are welcome on our menu.
* Lead by example – Work closely with the kitchen brigade, supporting the team and stepping up when needed.
* Maintain high standards – Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times. Keep things clean, organised, and guest-ready.
What’s Your Story?
You’re passionate about pizza and proud of your craft. You’ll thrive in this Pizza Chef role if you bring:
* Proven experience making pizza in a high-volume kitchen or pizzeria
* Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and oven techniques
* Confidence working independently and as part of a brigade
* Strong understanding of food safety, portion control and allergen procedures
* Creativity in combining classic and contemporary flavour profiles
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
* A collaborative, can-do attitude and great communication skills
