We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, includingcatering, and bartending, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
* Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations.
* Prepare beverages and cocktails as required, showcasing bartending skills.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Support catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
* Skills in food preparation, catering, and bartending are advantageous.
* A solid understanding of food safety practices is required.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
