Job Description:
As a Creative Artworker, you’ll work closely with our creative lead and wider marketing team to create high-quality, engaging visuals across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of creative flair and precision in artworking, ensuring designs are both visually compelling and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to:
* Digital and print advertisements
* Digital and creative content for social and online channels
* Create and refine artwork for product packaging, ensuring accuracy across formats, SKUs, and product lines.
* Prepare artwork for print production, including layout, file setup, proofing, and liaising with suppliers as needed.
* Assist in the creation of visual content that aligns with our brand identity and values.
* Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development.
* Support in the management of design files and assets.
* Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the design department.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design, creative artwork, or design role.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* A balance of creativity and technical precision, with a sharp eye for detail.
* Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
* Understanding of print production, file preparation, and digital design best practices.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for endurance sports and fitness (a bonus, but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A portfolio showcasing your print and packaging artwork experience
