Salary and Benefits
£11.55 per hour for support shifts, plus £67.75 per sleep-in shift. The Lead Support Worker programme offers a higher rate of £11.55 per hour when supporting individuals directly, with annual earnings up to £24,088.68 (pro-rata for part-time roles).
Note: The premium rate does not apply during leave, training, or additional hours voluntarily worked to cover support needs.
Our comprehensive training and workplace learning programs enable career progression into management roles. Lead Support Workers are based in localities but may work across different services as required.
Role Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality support to tenants with complex needs
* Coaching support staff to deliver effective care
* Supporting tenants in new care settings to ensure stability
* Acting up in the absence of the Personal Support Manager
* Supporting tenants with diverse complex needs and undertaking relevant training

Requirements
You will need to:
* Work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, nights, and sleep-ins
* Hold a current UK driving license with Business Class 1 vehicle insurance
This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and pre-employment health assessment, along with proof of right to work in the UK, employment history, and references.
