About the role...
As Account Director, you’ll work closely with the Group Account Director while leading a small team of Account Managers. You’ll oversee a portfolio of exciting retail clients, developing strategic, insight led solutions that truly connect with their audiences. This agency values creativity, commercial awareness, and strong client partnerships. You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns, building trusted client relationships, managing budgets effectively, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and drive success.
About you...
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director with experience in retail and POS, Someone with hands-on experience in brand activations, retail installations, and retail campaigns. You’ll be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your own time and workload.
