Job Description
This is a fixed-term contract position lasting 12 months. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to the evidencing and delivery of adviser servicing obligations.
* You will support the Head of Servicing Outcomes in providing assurance to senior stakeholders that Quilter Financial Planning is treating its customers fairly and meeting regulatory requirements.
* You will lead a team of assessors, ensuring remediation activities are carried out appropriately, with accurate calculations and payments completed on time.
* You will collaborate with third-party stakeholders, maintaining SLAs at all times.
* You will produce timely management reporting, ensuring accuracy.
