We are seeking a reliable and proactive Classroom Supervisor to work across two secondary schools in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in school support roles, assisting with classroom management and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role:
* Supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task
* Supporting teaching staff with day-to-day classroom routines
* Assisting with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Working across two school sites, providing flexible support where needed
* Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one interventions as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with young people in an educational setting (schools, childcare, mentoring, etc.)
* Confident in managing classes and maintaining order
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
