About the role
We are seeking to appoint a TA to join our friendly, supportive team here at Hearsall Community Academy.
The successful candidate will:
Support the classroom teacher and inclusion manager with their responsibility for the development and education process by providing care and supervision to children/young people, including those who have special physical, emotional, and educational needs.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a good standard of education including English & Maths (GCSE/Level 4)
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Has excellent behaviour management skills
* Is an excellent role model
All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves withKCSIEpart 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
