Salt is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Marketing team, focusing on front-end marketing data and analytics roles.
Your Mission (What you'll do)
Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the marketing space.
Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management.
Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the marketing market, advising clients and candidates alike.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships.
Who We're Looking For (The 360 Profile)
Agency Experience is Essential: 4–6+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within marketing analytics recruitment. (not internal).
Specialist experience: You have specialized in recruiting marketing professionals who work with front-end data - i.e., data roles that sit under a CMO rather than tech.
Market Knowledge: You understand the front-end of marketing data - insights, analytics, campaign optimisation, and audience segmentation (not back-end data science).
Client-Savvy: You've built lasting partnerships with marketing leaders, CMOs, and digital analytics teams.
Driven & Strategic: You enjoy building new business while managing long-term accounts.
