What you will do:
* Independently evaluate invention disclosures to determine patent filings.
* Manage the patent docket meticulously, and maintain patent portfolios or clusters.
* Prepare patent applications independently or with outside legal counsel, while adhering to high-quality standards.
* Assiduously prosecute patent applications to secure patent protections in multiple jurisdictions.
* Uphold superior patent quality in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
* Support patent assertion and licensing activities, along with oppositions and invalidation proceedings.
