Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter looking to take the next step in your career while remaining hands-on? This role offers the perfect balance, with most of your time spent as a Master Commercial Tyre Technician, alongside some supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
The Role
This position is predominantly a technical role, working across a wide range of commercial tyre fitting and repair activities, with approximately 30% of the role involving supervisory and operational support within the depot.
Key duties include:
Fit and repair tyres across car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover vehicles - roadside and in-depot
Acting as a technical lead and supporting the training and development of trainee technicians
Deputising for the Depot Manager when required, supervising the team and helping ensure KPIs and service standards are met
Conducting weekly stock checks and vehicle inspections
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the depot while remaining actively involved in hands-on work

Skills & Experience:
Experienced Commercial Tyre Fitter (REACT trained – essential)
Full, current UK driving licence
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable
Comfortable working with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment
