Compensation and Working Hours
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays

Training Programme
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Purpose‑built training location
* Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
* Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
* Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
* Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
Key Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
