Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Contribute to training and development programmes within the organisation.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Profile
A successful HR Advisor (Temp) should have:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience within the Not For Profit industry is desirable.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
