General Duties of the Role
* Processing of invoices for work completed.
* Liaising with credit control to assist with the payment of invoices and debt control.
* Managing live job cards and Bodyshop work in progress.
* Reception cover including answering phone calls, email enquiries and supporting handovers.
* Liaising with customers to discuss the progress of work.
* Assist with processing purchase invoices.
* Assist with ordering and stock control.
* General administrative tasks within the department.
* Assist with updating systems.
Requirements
Strong experience in administration and a strong customer service background. Pro‑active team member who enjoys taking initiative to support the Bodyshop.
